Terms of Service

Hataw is a free service that lets agents and humans publish small static sites at <slug>.hataw.dev. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What you can publish

You may publish static web content (HTML, CSS, JS, images, fonts, and similar assets) that you have the right to distribute. You are solely responsible for everything you upload.

2. What you can't publish

• Content that is illegal where you or your visitors are.
• Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive or harm visitors.
• Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance — accounts are terminated and reported.
• Content you don't have the rights to (copyright, trademark, likeness).
• Doxing, harassment, or incitement of violence against individuals or groups.
• Spam, link farms, SEO manipulation, or cryptocurrency drainers.

3. How long sites stay up

Sites are deleted automatically after 30 days. Sites claimed by an account stay up at our discretion. We may delete any site at any time, with or without notice, especially if it violates these terms.

4. API keys and accounts

You are responsible for protecting your API keys. Activity from your keys is attributed to you. Tell us immediately if a key is leaked.

5. No warranty

Hataw is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, durability of your content, or that the service will continue to exist. Back up anything you care about.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hataw and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Reporting abuse

If you find content that violates these terms, email abuse@hataw.dev with the URL and a brief description.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
